Spain – Czech football predictions for tomorrow

Spain faces the Czech Republic in Malaga in a game from the Nations League group stage. Let’s see what we can tell you about it in our football predictions for tomorrow.

After three matches played so far, Spain are chasing the group leader Portugal. La Roja are second in the standings with 5 points – that puts them two points behind Selecao. They need to win this game on Sunday at any cost.

On Thursday Luis Enrique’s team celebrated its first win in the competition for the new season. Spain paid a visit to Switzerland in Lancy and just one goal was enough to enjoy a 1-0 win. The only goal in the game was scored in the 13th minute when Pablo Sarabia put the ball in the net. He got an assist from Marcos Llorente and made the decisive strike.

Enrique usually makes many changes in his line-ups and this time it shouldn’t be much different. Players like Dani Olmo, Carlos Soler, Marcos Alonso, Dani Carvajal and Eric Garcia started from the bench in Switzerland, but they could come back in action on Sunday.

The Czech Republic come from 3th place in this group – they have won 4 points so far. Just one was won in the previous two matches, though.

In their last match Jaroslav Silhavy’s boys faced Portugal away from home, but got defeated by 0-2 in Lisboa. The visitors conceded twice in the second half and they were unable to answer the challenge. The inclusion of players like Jemelka, Jurecka and Pesek in the second half didn’t help much.

That’s the football predictions for tomorrow for the Nations League clash between Spain and Czech Republic from League A. La Roja are one of the contenders for the trophy, but they must keep winning to beat Portugal for the first place.
